  5. do yoga more often
  6. go to bed earlier
  7. enjoy the little things
  8. go outside more
  9. stop comparing myself to others
  10. stick to my goals n stop putting things off
  11. write down my feelings
  12. smile more, especially at random people

okay seriously if you’re in a relationship or even a friendship and you find yourself spending more time crying out of sadness or arguing with them, leave them. i don’t care if they’re a modern day aphrodite/adonis or a gift bestowed upon you by the gods. toxic people are dangerous and i highly advise cutting them out of your life and finding someone who makes you laugh until you snort your drink out your nose instead.

U know how in winter it gets so cold and u think u will never be hot again and in summer it gets so hot u think u will never be cold again I think that is how it is with ur feelings like when u r sad u think u will never be happy and when u r happy u think u will never be sad. But u will be hot again and u will be cold again and u will be sad again but most of all u will be happy again

"what a wonderful thought it is that some of the best days of our lives haven’t happened yet". So, start each day with optimism and a smile, and be thankful for all you have - as I am for this amazing bowl of berry/cinnamon #nanaicecream with banana, coconut flakes, mulberries and buckinis 👌#vegan #me #samlemerle #fithealthyproject

Everyone should give a second of there time to reblog this. Instead of reblog girls in crops tops. Just shows raw love.

its hard not to reblog this sometimes man
I know that about 99.8763% of you do not personally know me but I am asking that you please take about 7 seconds out of your busy day to vote for my picture in the International Volunteer Photo of the Month award. It will put me in the chance of winning $100, meaning I can pay the wage of one ‘Mumma’ for one month at the Blessed Bright Future Orphanage, Ghana (where I volunteered for over 6 weeks during Summer). I know $100 does not seem like much but it will mean consistent meals for these children each day. Click on the link below, remember to validate your vote via e-mail. I will be eternally grateful, much love & good vibes. G x
